One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

We have been having issues with our upstairs air conditioner and have had 3 technicians out in a two and a half week period. The first two came out and inspected everything as expected. The first one said we needed two parts replaced that go into the unit in the attic. After he left it appeared to have fixed the issue for about one and a half weeks. The second tech came out and did the same and said the fan motor and blade needed to be replaced, which he did. It seemed to be working but then around 1:00 the following day, the temperature started to creep up. Incredibly frustrating considering the amount spent. Not saying that these parts didn't have to be replaced. The third tech, Dominic was amazing. He came, listened to the issues and went from there. There didn't seem to be any air coming out of the vents I told him. He went to the attic and inspected, then went outside and inspected there as well. When he returned he said there didn't appear to be anything wrong and he was a bit purplexed. He did say something about a door cover on the unit in the attic being difficult to access and put back on. Apparently it has a sensor that signals that the blower should come on. If the door isn't on completely, the sensor will not transmit. He returned to the attic and made sure the door was secure and even taped it. Everything seems to be working well now, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The temperature cooled down 3 degrees just in the time he was here. Hope if I need assistance again we are able to have him back.

Aaron and Jason were wonderful! They had to lay across the studs for the porch to reach the pipe below, but they still got it done quickly and efficiently. Not only do I trust the work, but I will also be recommending them to my realtor when I sell the house next month. I wanted the job done right so I didn't pass on the expense to the next homeowner.

The three gentlemen, Zachary, Zach and Phil, were outstanding in putting in a new air conditioner at our home. They were very professional , excellent at their job, and fun to converse with. They cleaned up everything, explained everything and left our home and yard in perfect shape. We have been using this company since 2003 and have always been very pleased. He was amazing! He was quick and did not leave a huge mess. He was generous and helpful and seemed to truly want to fix the situation without charging more then he had to. He spent a great amount of time on the job and explaining what was wrong and about the plumbing plans available for purchase.
