Had true love come replace a water heater. Plumber and helper were excellent. The job was done very clean and they took the time to do the job the right way the first time. Very clean and professional job done.

This is the second home we've had gas line problems with a home. (Second one), Called True Love both times. They are courteous, professional and always a pleasure to work with. Their people do their job great and are always willing to answer any questions. Fast service. Great folks! Do yourself a favor and call them first!

They installed a check valve that had obviously been banging around in the back of their truck forever. It failed inside of three weeks. They came with a new brass one the second time. The plumber told me to "Go to Congress " when I complained about that check valve. He kept telling me the foot valve is the problem in my underground tank. I'm disputing the second charge on my credit card! I know a ton of people in Kingman I'll let them know.

We called another company and they were very hesitant to come out to our farm. So we decided to call Truelove. Wow! So willing and helpful. Anaya was amazing. He came out in great time. Worked hard trying to find out why our toilets wouldn't flush. We dug up the septic tank, thought it was needing to be pumped. Anaya went above and beyond to find the problem because he didn't feel it was a pumping issue. He stuck his arms into the tank and found the problem. Problem was solved and called off the septic pumping guys. Saved us $700. He was so polite and wonderful to have here. Great Great employee. Will definitely ask for Anaya whenever needing help again. We love Truelove plumbing. We will never call another company. Thank you so much!
