I had a plumbing emergency and Ryan was very prompt, courteous, and professional in his work. I appreciated his explaining what needed to be done and look forward to having him back for other projects.

Ryan, would not honor his workmanship warranty. I gave him multiple opportunities to fix a solder joint that failed on an AC cooling line. He said his work does not fail and it was not his fault that the solder joint (he did when he connect the cooling lines) failed. It failed in less than 1 year of installation and should have been warranted. Unfortunately I cannot give him zero stars for his lack of integrity, but I would if I could. I cost me $860 to fix because all of the freon drained out the leak.
