Had to replace the hwh the plumber was great and explain everything to me great service
Christmas Eve and furnace went out and they were prompt in taking care of our furnace... First time customer with them and will give them our business from here on...
Outstanding! Thorough, knowledgeable, go-the-extra-mile type outfit. Had a problem with our steam boiler, our guy came out same day even though he was sick, took lots of time to listen to our concerns even though they were busy, and left a great impression. Also had them out for an estimate and they were top notch, even called in outside expert help on our old steam boiler system.
Had a bad experience after using them for years. Sad thing is they lost a customer over a simple leaky faucet and lack of a phone call. The first tech came out and replaced the most expensive parts. The bill was around $200 and I still had a leak. Paid the bill anyway since I figured they would do the right thing. A couple days later I called again and a different tech came out. The second tech replaced the $6 worth of parts that were actually causing the problem because the faucet did not leak after that. Tech told me to expect a bill of around $35 for the call back and I received a bill twice that. Called to speak with a manager. No call back. Months later their bill collector called. Asked for a call from a manager, no call back. Paid the bill and sent a letter explaining the situation. No call back. Poor customer service and close to $300 to fix a leaky faucet.. disappointing....
Furnace not working and I told the tech it is usually the heat sensor in need of replacing. Charged me $425 for a new computer board for furnace and five days later no heat and exact same problem with furnace. Called tech and they charged me an additional $167 to replace the heat sensor that was the problem in the first place. Unfortunately they are not dealing with a clueless chick and I refuse to pay the second bill. I will be contacting a lawyer if forced to pay the bill. Feeling like it was a $16 issue all along and now have nearly $600 worth of repair bills. Shame on you Goshen Heating. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years. Never again!!!
