Dale was awesome he talked to me about everything I needed to know about how to lower my bill and be more energy efficient let my son help him was great with my cats this is the best experiences I have had with someone coming out I highly recommend him to anyone with hvac issues!!!!!

My AC went out in the middle of the night and it was very hot! I called several people that offered 24 hour emergency service and they didn’t answer back. I then called JE Shekell at 6:30 AM Sunday morning and their service technician Tim came from Henderson to Evansville and fixed the problem with in an hour! He was very nice and explained what was wrong and told me prices upfront. By 8 AM I had cold air again. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.needed.If you need quick service with someone who knows their stuff please give them a call. You won’t regret it! I thought it was going to cost me six or $700 dollars and it was nowhere near that !!!!

Employees were very rude. They parked in front of my vehicle and when I asked them to "Please Move" they made fun of me. Who does that???

Nobody bothered to call me back like they said they would in an email I sent on fixing my ac. I called a competitor and they came right over. Terrible customer service. They missed out on me buying a new ac!
