I received a verbal quote of $250-300 from the owner to replace a kitchen sink and fix a leaking faucet in the bathroom. When the job was completed, I was charged $399. The following day, my wife noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Huachuca Plumbing and I was told they would be at our house at 10:00 AM the following day. At 12:30 PM they arrive to fix the leak. Huachuca Plumbing never called to tell us they were running late so we wasted a half day waiting for them. The sink leaked because the baskets in the sink were not properly tightened during installation resulting in a leak. I am upset because I overpaid for the job and I wasted half a day waiting for the repair. Get a written quote before any work is done.
