Responded within 15 minutes on a Saturday to fix a sewer backup. Made temporary repair and ordered replacement part. Returned on Tuesday to make final repair - 1 day earlier than promised, and final charge was less than the estimate. Jess Palacios (Manager) was professional and friendly, thoroughly explained the problem and repair process, and we were very pleased with the prompt response. Would highly recommend Flow Right Plumbing.
