Liberty Plumbing and Solar

I need to commend Liberty for their professionalism, efficiency and overall value. Bill has been our professional tech and has done a terrific job. Quickly diagnosed the problem and completed repairs properly the first time, always leaving the work space neater than when he found it. This last time was truly exceptional. He recalled precisely the type and brand of whole house water conditioning system we have in our house. He stopped at the plumbing supply house and picked up precisely the needed parts and was able to complete the repairs and turn the water back on to our house without having to make a second trip. We had an emergency situation and Bill went above and beyond to help us out by unselfishly extending his normal workday. Liberty does the job right the first time and is lucky to have Bill on the front lines with the customer.

Replaced my water heater. Called at 9:00 AM and it was completed about five hours later. The process was simple and straight forward. Reasonably priced and the tech Bill was great. He explained how I can extend the life of WH. I recommend Liberty Plumbing and Solar.
