I have been waiting for 5 days now to get my AC fixed that this company had installed in my house brand new, supposedly. The whole new AC system was installed in my house only months ago as a condition of me even getting the house in the first place. However, the system installed has already failed. Come to find out, only the indoor and outdoor unit is new and they used all the old electronics, cables, duct work, and lines instead of replacing them with what was told to me as "a full new install." Worse than that, I have been contacting and contacting this company to get the issue fixed which is supposedly a compressor which after years of my own HVAC experience, is not a hard job to do! In the meantime, me, my 5 year old daughter and 8 months pregnant wife have been suffering in 85 degrees + every day and night. The company keeps stating the entire system is still under warranty but keeps putting me off for the warranteed work that needs to be done to fix my AC system. Be aware of this company. A whole new system breaks down. 6 days now and still not fixed. Then giving me the "run-around" on fixing it. Putting me off so they do not have to cover the warranteed work that they messed up in the first place. NOT HAPPY!!
If you need something done there the place to go
JTB did the plumbing and heating/air on my house and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We had nothing but problems. There was no water pressure in our shower, the AC unit didn't last and I know several others who have had bad experiences with this company.
They are amazing!
