If I could give 0 stars I would. Their work was not up to code, and when I called them on it their response was, “it’s how it’s always done, were not fixing it.” We finally got them to agree to fix it, and then they didn’t show up to the confirmed time! Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Edit: They just fixed the work and did a great job. Both guys were very professional, and even re-routed a line to make it easier for finishing the basement. Thank you very much!
Great service! Kregg in the service department is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did the original install at our home when it was built 4 years ago and have completed all our service since then. Highly recommend.

Great pricing and great service. Beat the competition by quite a bit on estimate for a tankless water heater and water softener. Good job on install and the tech even gave us a new shower head to replace our old one clogged up from hard water buildup.
