Lew's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Lew's has done work for me now on multiple occasions. After the first time they sent the same people who had done the first job, so they remembered both myself and my system. They have always been very honest and upfront and the quality of their work has been fantastic. They have never tried to up-sell me or force any work/units that I didn't need. I would highly recommend Lew's to anyone in the area that needs Plumbing work done!

Our hot water hose on our heater had a hole in it and the shut valve didn't work, so water was leaking everywhere! I called Lew's and talked to Robin. She had Chris and David at my house in about 1-1/2 hours. Chris didn't try to upsell a new water heater, just said they just needed to replace the hosing. He told me the 2 ways to fix it and pricing. They were done in a little over an hour. I am very pleased with their service and turnaround time. Will use them again.

Professional, affordable, reliable, and expert in plumbing. They are my go to Plumber for all of our Hamilton County properties.

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. The $142 house call for 2 guys to stand in my house and tell me a pump is bad is rediculous! I Found same work and better warranty for $300 cheaper with much better customer service. I suggest people look elsewhere for better service. However the guys that came to the house were very professional and helpful, just over priced.

Lew's was friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I contacted a different local plumber and received a quote for some non-urgent work but they were not able to do it for six days. I wanted to see what Lew's could do since they were also well regarded on Google reviews. I called and not only could they do the work the same day, but they did it for literally half of the cost. They were completely upfront about their pricing structure, were very friendly at every touch point, and were done in a remarkable amount of time. I couldn't be happier.
