Thornton Plumbing

We've now used Thornton Plumbing for 3 different issues and their service has been consistently outstanding. From installing a new water heater and softener, to a new sump pump and underground drainage pipe, to as of yesterday, installing a new gas line that simply looks impressive (I realize it's just a gas line), but everything was very well done. To top things off, my wife picked up the new gas range that morning, as I had to work, and upon completing the job, the guys removed the old electric range, took the new range out of our car, and installed it. Obviously, this was not part of the job, but that's just the level of customer service Thornton's provides. These guys are top notch. No, they are not the cheapest, but if cost is a reflection of workmanship and customer service, then they are very well priced. I highly recommend them. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given.

I have used Thornton Plumbing for many projects over the last 3 years. They are my go to plumbers when I am in need. Nate (owner) always educates me on each project and gives me a couple options to choose from. This allows me to process what needs to be done and allows me to make the right decision on price and need. If you need any plumbing work done, Nate and his staff are top notch!

My experience with Thornton Plumbing is mixed. They replaced a tub/shower cartridge the same day I called and did so in 30 minutes. The guys did fine work. The cost, however, is excessive. $325! For a part that costs about $45 and 30 minutes of work. Nearly $600 an hour is just gross. I will not call Thornton Plumbing again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Reply: I have no reason to doubt that Thornton Plumbing is skilled. I am not complaining that the cost was not stated before the work was done. It is true that the first estimate was $365 and, after I said that was insane, the cost was lowered to $325. In my opinion, the cost was just excessively disproportionate to the service provided. Perhaps others disagree.

I have used Thornton for years and have had a good experience each time. It's always great to support local businesses and get great work in return. The water softener and water heater are still going strong. Will definitely be using them when I make the change to a tankless system.

The guys from Thornton were great. Had several issues including a leak in master bathroom. Also remodeling a second bathroom and had supply lines moved and new shower valve installed. Everything was discussed and done to my satisfaction. Price was reasonable. Will use them again.
