Chris the Marine did a great job servicing my AC system. He is very profesional, friendly and informative and did an excellent job answering all of my questions. I am very happy with the work he did!

While my original review was a 5 star and Chris the Marine is a great service tech as he had my furnace back up and running like it was nothing. Furnace is from 1987, Chris was to be the only tech coming to my home for my heating and cooling period, we were promised it would be done and no other tech would be sent to our home for it and if Chris wasn't able to get here we agreed we would wait till he could. In May we had a service done as part of our maintenance program the first time Chris came as promised, he wasn't able to finish because my hose wasn't long enough to reach the AC to clean it so he would have to come back , No problem. So I got a longer hose told them to send Chris back out and we were told Chris was coming, He did not come instead they sent another tech that we had no history with and knew nothing of our system, so we were lied too, Not only that but the maintenance program is $11 a month for pretty much for nothing as it does nothing to speed up the service calls you still have to wait and all it just gives them the right to call about things you don't want or need and then set up appointments that you didn't authorize. They were told to cancel the plan back in May after they lied which they didn't do and Now they have been told in writing to cancel it again after they called with another service appointment I didn't authorize and after they charged my credit card $11 again. After bad experiences with Summers in the past when one of their techs tried to say we had a cracked heat exchanger which we knew was BS at the time, which by the way Chris confirmed 2 years later that it was a lie as he found no cracks whatsoever in the furnace system, we gave them a second chance with our sewer line repair and after that repair was done correctly we gave them another chance with the AC and Heating and Chris The Marine was the only reason we agreed to keep using them after that and once again they blew it with their lies, not canceling a plan we said to cancel 2 moths ago, and continuing to call to set up appointments for services we don't want.

Chris 'the Marine' did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He acquired the necessary parts and went above and beyond to restore our air conditioning. He even made a special trip in the evening to make sure the AC was restored on the same day of his initial visit.

Chris the Marine came out to do our yearly AC check. His manner is professional, honest & informative. He thoroughly explained the benefits of being an SCA customer, which we did not totally understand. We truly appreciate Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
