I just want express how satisfied I am with the service work that Grant and Charlie did for me last Friday. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed them being at our home. How I came to choosing, Royal Flush was by meeting and getting to know, Randy who you have contacted to Community hospital in Anderson. Randy is an up standing guy and a man of integrity, so I figured if he works for you, the company must share his same values. Again, between Randy, Grant, and Charlie, what a great first impression! I always say that you really never get a second chance at a great "first" impression, because even of you try to make up for a bad one, people never really forget it. Well again thank you and I was looking for a great plumbing company to have long term relationship with and I'd say, Royal Flush is it.
Service and presentation was awesome!!! Food was amazing!
Very friendly and knowledgable. They helped us quickly fix a leaky pipe and restore water to the rest of our home. Will use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Matt!
Very dissatisfied with the service level. It took three trips to unclog a main drain to the house. On the first trip we paid at the time of service. We noticed it was still backing up after a couple of days so we called for a returned visit. They returned but did not give us a bill but invoiced us later twice as much as the original bill. They informed us of no warranty when I paid the bill. I questioned the price and the service manager informed me the price was firm. Be skeptical of the senior discount-I asked about a senior discount for my Mom since she is 94 years old and they gave me 10% discount off the 1st hour of service ($9 plus change). I feel they took advantage of the situation.
Bad experience with Royal Flush. Overcharged twice on 2 different calls. Estimates were half of what they charged me. Showed the statement to a lot of people & they were amazed at the cost. I think they took advantage of me being a single person. Won’t be using them anymore.
