Honestly only called this company since it was recommended by my building. They charge for travel time as if the job wasn't expensive enough. If the person took 1-2 hours, well good luck, you're paying for that. It was a simple laundry build up and the bill came to $500. The guy took an hour but I wanted him to look at other stuff just in case. Came to be 2 hours total but was charged 3 hours since he ended his first appointment at 11 and started charging already. This was my first time calling a plumber in Chicago, and by far this is outrageous compare to NYC. So if you're not first call of the day, good luck!

Disappointing, I set up to have a instant hot water faucet replaced, the technician purchased the faucet at the supply house of their choice and installed the faucet. Thank you for that, and $1700 later the faucet was leaking causing the hardwood floor to be destroyed, accidents do happen come back out and make the repair- once again thank you, but that's where it stopped! The run around was given to me about who the fault falls on, national says it was manufacture and manufacturing says it was plumber. Bottom line national bought the faucet and installed it, I paid them what they wanted no haggle and now the wont own up for my floors being damaged. I have a $600k valve replacement job for the building that they will not be invited to bid on. I will also be telling all the other engineers about my experience and I teach at the union hall for local 1! Not a good practice national!!!
