Brad came to my home to install a sump pump back-up battery system this past Wed 12/27/2017. He came during the assigned 2-hr time period, and was professional and friendly. He got the job installed neatly and quickly, and explained the system to me so I understood how to keep it working properly. He was thorough and polite. We made another appointment this coming week to change out an older, leaking toilet for a new, water-conserving model. Much appreciated!
