He is fairly priced for how quickly he responded to call. He can't tell me what caused the problem. Small language barriers caused miscommunications. He does not take debit or credit, only cash or checks. He did not tell me this on the phone! Issue resolved in an hour. Friendly and responsive. Update: March 7th. I needed documentation to provide to my HOA and he came out and signed the paperwork right away. Very helpful.
