I can honestly say Hogan Design & Construction has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They installed a stone tile and tub for us, were friendly, organized, and had our entire shower and tub installed like we pictured very quickly. They warranty their work for one year, so when we experienced a problem FIVE years later, we assumed they would not help us in any way. Instead, we were absolutely blown away by the customer service when they came out within the hour, examined the work and just in case it was related to work they did and to provide great customer service they had a plumber come out within the hour and solve the entire problem. All of the time, labor and parts they did for no charge just to provide amazing customer service and their staff was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. You will not find that with any other company I'm sure. They stand behind their work 100% and really do a fantastic job of providing the quality work that customers are looking for that lasts years. Could not recommend more.

My wife and I were are grateful to have Hogan Design & Construction handle a large renovation to our older home a few years ago. There are so many reasons we would (and will) choose them again for future projects, including their excellent workmanship, flexibility, great communication during the months of work being done, and professional manner on the job site. It was easy to work with them, especially when any adjustments had to be made (older home, lots of surprises behind the walls), and we always felt that things were in good hands. Now several years later, we've not had any issues with the construction work and are enjoying the fruit of their excellent work!
