Absolutely horrible!! Would not recommend their carpet installation! First tech leaves a voicemail and text message with two different times he will be at my home. He gets there early and refused to wait 5 extra minutes for me to get there. Next once I finally get a measure and schedule the day for the installation, they cancel on me the day before! What a waste of time!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I found out I could have Home Depot come out and do measurement and talk to me about the different areas that I am going to have redone in the condo I am selling.
I needed someone to help me with a minor plumbing project and no one at Lowes or Menards could help. I drove the extra 5 miles to Home Depot in Naperville IL and an associate directed me to the man who works in their plumbing department - George. George showed me exactly what I needed and told me how to install it, showing me how to wrap the Teflon tape around the pipe. I went home, followed George's direction and was able to install the fixture myself. Perfect! No leaks.
