He has been our family plumber for years. I moved and had found out we had a crack in our foundation that led to needing the pipe to be checked before filling. Ron was efficient and quick and didn’t ask for anything in return. I know this isn’t standard but after a week of awfulness with water in the basement, it was the nicest thing. We have had occasion to use Ron Ross’ plumbing company several times since moving to Huntley, and he has been outstanding every time. He has installed a tankless water heater for us, removed a large garden tub, and checked a gas leak. Some of the work he did required permits and village inspections, and the inspector thought his work was excellent. In addition, he is honest and reliable, and everything is neat and clean when he leaves. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else, and highly recommend his work. Jo & Bob Higgins
I typically don’t write many reviews but this one feels necessary to me. I hope it helps you. We’ve owned our house for 11 years and it seems like we are at that season where things are starting to happen. Leaking pipes, sink problems, outdoor water problems, garbage disposal, and the replacement of the hot water tank. I am so glad that somebody connected me to Ron Ross of A.C.T. Plumbing and PM several years ago when these things started to go south. He is knowledgeable, prompt, fair in his pricing, and his work is excellent. I recommend him highly, in fact, if your house is the same age as mine I suggest you put him on your speed dial.
Absolutely great to work with! By our appointment, my slowly leaking pipe had become so bad that I had to turn my water off. Ron had our job done very quickly that day, thank goodness! ACT is now my go-to plumber! I highly recommend!
