Reading these reviews is leaving me really surprised.... I have had amazing service. Someone named Ben came to my house in Geneva after i called. He got here within 30 minutes of my call to the company! He was nice and very respectful. He took a look at my garbage disposal, he replaced it and was very fair on pricing. when i was calling around i was getting prices all the way up to $800. Total care guys replaced it for almost half! Great job guys, not sure what the rest of these people are talking about, but i will be calling you again.

I called Total Care Plumbing in Hampshire, Illinois to fix a backed-up toilet. I paid them $4000.00 last October, 8 months ago, to repair my waste line from my house. They dug a 10' long by 10' deep by 4' wide trench in my front yard. They completed the job but left my yard a mess. They left a huge pile of dirt in the yard and claimed rain would make it settle back into the trench. After 8 months I still have that pile of dirt there. My front yard looks terrible. I have made 6 calls to Tim and never talked to him, I talked to someone else and was told Tim would contact me, but he never has.

I was referred to Total Care Plumbing from a home warranty company. The guy showed up to repair a drain pipe leak and while he was cutting the pipe he broke a window in our basement. I was told the office would contact me to schedule a window repair. 3 weeks later and numerous calls to this company NO one has returned my calls. When I do finally get someone one the phone they tell me they will talk to the owner and call back in a few minutes. No return call. Horrible service. They came to fix one problem and caused more damage.

Great friendly service. They are prompt and their prices are very reasonable for their service. Highly recommend.

These guys were sent to me by a warranty company. They came out to check on water leaking from an upstairs shower, thought they knew the problem, collected a $100 deductible and got approval from the warranty company. Then the tech came back out realized the problem was not what he had thought, said he had to make some phone calls and left. More than a week later, I haven't heard back. I've called their office, the tech's cell, and the warranty company, who told me they haven't been in contact with T&C since they originally got approval. Not reliable, not trustworthy, and I'm not sure they even know what they're doing. Avoid.
