I'm very disappointed with the service side of my experience. The plumbing work was completed and done well, but everything from getting a quote to paying the invoice was horrendous. I initially completed a request for a quote through your website, and did not hear anything back ever. Instead I needed to call to schedule service. After, the work was done, the invoice delivery was delayed and I did not receive it until 8/6 and it had a due date of the 8/10. I had wanted to pay using Visa or MasterCard as is indicated on both your website and invoice, but saw no method to do so. I called repeatedly and left a voicemail for guidance and for a quote for additional service, and never received a call back for either. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and will need to look elsewhere for further plumbing work, as I cannot rely on business which cannot return calls at all let alone in a timely fashion.

I had a home inspection that found the vent pipe for water heater didn't have enough pitch, I had trouble getting anyone to bite on the job, Lisa was great to work with and Todd came up with a cost effective solution. These guys communicate very well which is rare in construction. I would not hesitate to call them again.
