Very fast, polite, and inexpensive. I would give five stars only if, I knew they will be willing to service this 100yr old house in the future. Most don't come back. Or are unwilling to work on it.

I would recommend them to anyone.
They replaced Sillcock for me. The job was done well, but they over charged for the job. The entire job took about 40 minutes and they requested my wife to write them a check for $200+. They said they did not have the invoice with them that day and would mail to us later. It did not happen and I had to call in to get the invoice. Once we have the invoice, we found that they charged 1.5 hours for the labor. I wrote them a letter and waited for 3 weeks without any response. I also called them twice. Every time, the person answered call told me that they could not answer any questions and had to have someone call me back. Guess what ... it never happened !
They do a great job. They have always fit me in no matter how busy they are. There staff is professional and friendly.
