Robert was kind, respectful, very professional and stopped to answer all my many questions without treating like an imbecile. I had to have the valves checked by the building after he left and everything was as it should be. I was delighted with every aspect of my plumbing service. Thank Arnold and Sons for sending such a delightful young man.

The technicians arrived quickly and took care of my problem right away. The pricing was reasonable and work was done well. I had a great experience and will call and refer them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

As most emergencies happen, ours was on a weekend. I called early in the morning and Brian was able to get to us that afternoon. I can’t speak highly enough of his knowledge and that he not only replaced the current pipe leak, but he also noticed an old “bandaid fix” we put into place a while ago and he was able to fix it correctly for us while fixing the new leak! He was very courteous and it feels great that he looked out for us so we won’t have any floods to wake up to or come home to!!

Totally satisfied with the job the guys did. They were in and out in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. It’s why we always call Arnold’s when there’s a plumbing issue in the house.
