Had an issue with my sink filling up instead of draining. Nichols fixed it and was very friendly. You can communicate with them via text or call. They also contacted me before they arrived which is both exceptionally helpful and rare! If you're having a problem give theses guys a call!

If you have a clogged sewer drain this guy is the best expert in town. Plus it's independently owned, keep your money here in town!

Bottom line serviceman repaired my problem. The window of when he was arriving was between noon and five. The with the service charge AND hourly charge, the toothpick in the drain was over 200. If I would have needed a part, I probably could have bought a new dishwasher.

Kent Nichols is the drain king. I've never been more impressed with a service of any kind. He's been doing this for almost thirty years and it shows.
