Sunkel Plumbing

I called Sunkel Plumbing because I was searching on line for some reviews that stood out, family owned local business, and was reading about Sunkel Plumbing. We had the worst sewer drainage pipe back-up I ever want to experience! I sent email last night about 9:30 p.m. and the owner responded via email in 15 minutes. He gave us a time for a service call today. The time was rescheduled during the day a couple of times but Dalton Lessen, one of the employees called and said he was in his way. We had two choices of the "snake" clean-cut which is basically a temporary bandage or the "water jet cleaning". We went that route and it was amazing..... Totally cleaned out the line. He was excellent, patient, answered ALL of our questions. He always answered with real professionalism. Phil and I were very, very pleased.

They were at my home within 24 hours of contacting them. Scheduling online was very helpful!!! Their employees wore shoe coverings each time they entered the house, which I very much appreciated. They were open and honest about their estimate. Dalton and Alex had my issue resolved quickly with a suggestion about how to minimize having the problem again. I will absolutely call them again!!

Jason and his team have been the only plumbers we have used on our 1904 house since we bought it. They were highly recommended when we met them in 2003, and after all these years, we know why. The sometimes unfortunate truth of old houses is that we have now replaced every bit of plumbing in the house (lead and steel) and Sunkel has done all of it for us. Sunkel knows how the plumbing was installed in old houses, and know how to treat those houses with the respect they deserve. Would absolutely recommend.

Dalton and Alex did a great job! They were punctual, polite, and quickly assessed the problem. After offering several options (models, prices), they efficiently dismantled the old and installed a new garbage disposal. This is the second time Dalton & Alex have solved a plumbing issue for us. I called to ask for an estimate on a Monday evening. A professional returned my call within an hour to gather information and schedule my estimate. They were here by Wednesday morning promptly at the time scheduled, and the estimate was very reasonable. I had them move forward with the job. They were able to fit my work order in that morning and were finished and out of the house by lunch. Both were very polite and personable as well as quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend Sunkel to a friend. Sidenote:. I had similar work completed by WM Masters a couple years back. They cost 2-3 times as much for a less complex job, took longer, and began cutting pipes without informing me or providing an estimate.
