A1 Haney Plumbing & Drain

I had an made an appointment due to all the good reviews I had read and was excited to have someone reliable come out and take a look at our plumbing issues. I waited 5 days to get someone from this company to come out to take care of our plumbing issue and the morning of the appointment I got a call from A-1 Hanley saying they had an emergency more important than mine and they cancelled last minute. He then proceeds to tell me he is going on vacation and wanted to know if our plumbing leaks could wait another week for him to return. I just feel it’s bad keep someone waiting for days with plumbing leaks to tell them they have a bigger job to do last minute.

We have used them for a few issues. Repair an upstairs toilet, floor, and cast iron pipe. Couple of sewer pipe cleanings. This last trip Nick worked for 2 1/2 hours. But the sludge didnt want to cooperate. Had to call someone else out for a jet cleaning. He could not do it due to a broken hose on their machine. But the effort he gave us is commendable.

My home warranty company dispatched A1 Haney to fix my hot water heater. If you've ever waken up with nothing but cold water in the house, you know it's something you want fixed Immediately. They were scheduled a couple of days out, but with a little finnegalling he made it out after the end of his day (today) and fixed it in no time flat. Did I mention, it's a semi-high tech, on-demand system? Pretty fancy appliance wrangling, if you ask me. Thanks, Haney's!!
