We have reached out to Nick for all sorts of plumbing issues (sink, shower, toilet, etc). He is always very friendly and gets someone out to help right away. Best service and best pricing! Today I called because my toilet has been running a lot and caused a high water bill. He offered to either come out and fix it or walk me thru step by step how to fix it myself. I choose to have him guide me thru. His instructions were very clear, and he had me call him back when I was done to make sure I didn't need anything else! I am a customer for life! I cant recommend him highly enough!!
It was 4th of July weekend and I called Nick’s Plumbing for a service for an issue I was having with my shower. I got his number from a neighborhood site referring him. Nick diagnosed what the problem was and walked me through what to buy and how to fix it over the phone. He said it was a very simple job (changing a shower faucet cartridge). I followed his instructions, watched a couple YouTube videos and within in an hour it was fixed. I would strongly recommend him. Extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher.
Nick and his partner came out and took care of a serious backup that flooded my basement twice within the past two months. I had another company come out the first time, but didn’t like how they tried to up charge after the first hour. I would definitely call Nicks Plumbing back. They’re very easy to work with and made sure the clog was cleared with a digital camera. ???????????????? Thanks again guys.
I called Nick to replace a water heater. After sending him some pictures and talking on the phone he advised me that if I contact the manufacturer they may be able to help. I was prepared to have Nick come replace the unit but he instead choose to help me find a less expensive path. Nick was honest and helpful. I did not end up needing his service this time (thanks to his guidance) but I will use him when I need a plumber in the future.
