Royal Flush Plumbing

I had a drain pipe overflow and cause significant damage two days ago. I called Royal Flush for a second opinion this morning after another plumber wished to dig up a large area inside my house. Jessica was extremely understanding about the situation and had Mike here is less and 30 min. Mike was able to clean the pipe out all the way to the village side and used a camera to detect any problem areas. Tim came out a few hours later to work in conjunction with him to locate the problem pipe and to decide if I needed any area within my house torn up. Their equipment was top of the line, but most importantly Mike and Tim were professional and knowledgeable. They took time to explain what was happening and gave an honest opinion about the next steps. While water damage and overflowing pipes are not fun- Mike, Tim, and Jessica did an outstanding job to fix the issues and to put my mind at ease. No corners were cut and they truly care about the quality of their work! Thank you!!!!!

Extremely poor service & lack of communication. No knowledge of plumbing & calls himself a plumber. Very tardy & no communication of calling ahead of time. As for the financial aspect, it’s a complete rip-off. The prices are hidden under the rug, until he comes out here & then charges a fee of $140 for just standing & looking at my wall. The plumber didn’t know were to start the job. The customer service over the phone is so unprofessional. I will not recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best!!!!!! when I bought my new house 3 months ago we started having back up's we had 3 plumbers come out and tell us it would cost 6-9k to dig up the yard and fix the pipe. We mad one last call to Royal Flush they came out that night!!! Mike P took a look at everything and was able to fix the problem in under 2hr's !!!!!!! saved us so much $$$$$$$$$$ thank your royal flush. now our once stinky house is a wonderful stink fee place to come home to
