Knowledgeable person came to the home. Did the repair of replacing a capacitor and refill of refrigerant. Total came out to just about $506. Too pricey for me but was nice to get the service done quickly. Took only about 40 minutes. Parts alone were $400 ish along with the 2lbs of refrigerant. And a $79 service call.
Tim displayed exceptional customer service. Tim has been my technician for several service calls in the past. He is always on time, efficient, very knowledgable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'll call Buchner for all my plumbing issues.
