Mr. ROOTER saved me from a flooding basement! Not sure what location came out to rescue me but in the end it was Mr. ROOTER!!! Thank you for keeping me posted every step of the way with every single detail!! Communication is a huge deal to me and that you provided beyond my expectations! You worked around my schedule and the price was reasonable which made me a happy customer! Mr. Rooter is officially my plumbing go to for any other issues that may arise in my home!! The staff via phone down to the workers who came out were great!

I had a stubborn plumbing issue pop up that took me an entire morning to tackle with little success. Gave Mr Rooter a call and Nikki was very helpful over the phone. She was clear about the expectations of the tech and as promised, she called me back the same day when a plumber was available. She even followed up after the service call to ensure everything went ok. Omar came by, made sure to keep everything clean and was able to get everything up and running in no time. There wasn't any mess either which is always a plus. He covered his shoes and his tools before bringing them through my home. The only downside is that the cost was a little pricey, but they went out of their way to come on a weekend and a holiday, so I won't dock any stars there. The customer service, the integrity, the job well done, and the quality they show earns them 5 stars.

Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and stay away from these clowns. They excel at overcharging people who are in desperate situations. They wanted to dig up my yard for $6700 and replace a sewer pipe. I could have my sewer pipe rodded out thirteen times for that amount of money. I called a real plumber and he said "Don't do it. You don't need to dig up your yard." These guys are grifters and con artists, not plumbers.

I used the Schaumburg location and called on a Sunday and was able to talk to a real person and. set up an appointment for Monday morning to get help with a clogged up bathtub. I live in a condo with old galvanized pipes and Lou the technician knew exactly what he was dealing with. He did a great job. I was very pleased with the service provided.

I called Mr. Rooter to have my a valve fixed and to install a garbage disposal unit I had. My appointment was set between 9am and 1pm. Kevin came over right around 9, which is amazing. He took a look at everything, gave me a fair price, fixed/installed it, and he was out. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. If you can, ask for Kevin.
