We had a minor plumbing issue that was fixed incredibly fast, and the plumber was superbly helpful with input and insights on other questions I had as well. I would highly recommend Mainstream to anyone needing plumbing work done. I have used other local companies and had awful results prior to finding Mainstream and wish I'd known about them years ago. Great, fast service, super thorough work, and customer service that was fantastic. Well done!
Jake from Mainstream Electric came out when my air conditioner stopped working. He is a very personable young man and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what the problem was. He was able to locate and obtain the part that I needed and quickly installed it. He provided great customer service and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for helping me during this difficult time in such hot temperatures!
Both Larry and Rhett were extremely friendly and helpful. They were both very professional and did a great job. They both discussed options with me and understood my concerns regarding space, finances and other things I asked them about. They were fun to work with and I look forward to working with your company again in the future.
BUYER BEWARE. This company caters to the ignorance and makes everything convenient at a price. They also use subtle pressure tactics while being very friendly and personable. My neighbor is an older, single woman that needed a hot water heater replaced. The quote was $3,000...for a standard, 50gal hot water heater installed. The reasoning was a "difficult install". The norm in contracting service is to have a standard install rate - not upcharge for "difficulty". I got involved and she was able to get a second quote from a local company that has been in business over 30 years. Final price? $1100 + tax.....that's right - less than half the price. Consumers - please do your homework and get at least 2-3 quotes. Do not believe all the reviews and take the first one to pop up on google unless you want to be stereotyped as an ignorant homeowner and get ripped off.
Excellent job this company is fantastic at tracking down exactly what was wrong in the 1950's style rancher we live in. As anyone who lives here knows these homes can be problematic as over the years they've usually been updated by nonprofessionals. You really don't know what's up to code etc. All of the one's who work here are very professional as well as courteous. Highly recommend this company
