Home Services at The Home Depot

We went in multiple times to try and get pricing on carpet. Both times I had to call the store in order to get help. When we did not receive help I was informed that everyone was busy. I asked, what about the two employees laughing and joking together. Person on the phone said they must be busy. Once I finally got someone they said that they were 1 month out on install. Enough said, I went with another installer and got a better carpet and pad along with two days out on install. I cannot recommend Home Depot for installs or help of any kind. I paid off my credit card with them that night and cut it up. Will not do business again.
