Robert was a great help. Explained everything that needed to be done. When finished explained and showed that the repair was completed and working. Robert represents this company very well. Will recommend master rooter to anyone who needs a plumber.

Robert was friendly, polite & professional. He talked to us about the several issues we had (we just bought the house a few months ago and are working out some quirks!) He gave us a bid for the work, then stayed and got the job done, even though it turned out to be trickier than first anticipated. He also honored the original bid when he could have charged us for extra time! He was also very careful and respectful about not making a mess or damaging our basement stairs with equipment and old water softener removal. We will certainly be calling Master Plumbing the next time we need a great plumbing service!!
