On the Ball Plumbing - Twin Falls, ID

Our bath tub wouldnt drain so my girlfriend called these people, they said they could come out and wouldn't charge unless there was work done. They get here and it turns out the "problem" was that the lever in the tub was on preventing the water to drain.... i felt like a dummy... They charged 80 dollars to "fix the problem"..... I mean, idk if im overracting but 80 bucks to turn off the lever in the tub?? I spoke to the owner about it and he said he cant send out his men for free and that they "fixed our problem". Why say they wont charge to come check it out unless they do work? Im sure they might have more customers but for sure I wont call them again. Telling me the lever is on to me doesnt count as work. Im guessing the owner desperately needs those 80 bucks because he was not willing to work something out with me.

Great staff and quality work but way overpriced....at least $200 more for a small job than what I expected based on what they told me it would be for labor and parts and comparing to what other plumbers said when I asked around after. In addition, they won't provide a line item invoice....just parts and labor.

Called for a quote for my mom. They came out, looked at everything and promised a quote the next Monday. Wednesday came, called them back. That was mid Feb. We still have not gotten a quote.

Such an awesome company. They came right out today. For needing their services on a Sunday, they were well priced, fast and efficient. I am so thankful for their service today!

Had a few minor issues and they fixed them within minutes! I was so thankful for their help and will definitely be calling them if I ever need something fixed in the future! Great service!
