I had a leaking shower drain and my home warrenty company send out Chris from Rite-A-Way plumbing to fix my problem. Not 6 months later my shower started leaking again! I called out a different plumber to take a look at it and he pointed out that the problem was never fixed, a temporary band aid was used to stop the leak when a permanent fix should have been done. When I called Chris back he told me that he would not honor his warranty but i could pay him again to come fix it. He said that when called out by a warranty company he doesn't do a proper job because he isn't paid enough. "It is the nature of the beast". The shower wasn't the only job he did incorrectly either. Chris even suggested I get another plumber to fix the problem. Don't hire this company unless you want to keep calling them out to fix the same problem over and over. Chris even told me he didn't care about reviews, obviously really crappy customer service and work.
