Quoted me a price to do a simple plumbing job that’s done quite often (irrigation). Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not getting the quote in writing and the bill came in quite a bit higher. When I discussed it with him via phone after his workers left, he said he would look into it. In the end, it turned into a “he said” situation. Wish I would’ve known before hand, I would’ve gone with one of the other plumbers that came in at the amount originally quoted.

Thank you for coming so quickly to fix our water problem. As a hair salon, we cannot be without hot running water. Jack was great. He came before we opened in the the morning. He explained the problem to me and what he did to fix it. He was quick and left no mess. I appreciate that extra step. Your customer service was fabulous. It is great working with you.

John replaced a leaking water valve on short notice on a weekend. He was friendly and efficient! Thank you !

Said that they fixed it and replaced a part, charged me $500. And you can clearly tell the part was not replaced. I called and wasted so much time trying to resolve this. Owners son finally came to look at it and said this is not how we do business and that they will fix it and give me my money back. Well they did fixed it but they didn't give me my money back. The guy still works there.i asked why they didn't fire him, her answer was we need him he only made a small mistake once.
