I was very impressed with Golden Rule specifically the technician they sent out to me Keith S. Very knowledgeable and professional but also treated you like an old friend. I felt very comfortable with their recommendation and they walked me through why they recommended it, and gave me some options. Overall fantastic experience service wise. The product installed was a whole home humidifier, so I’ll keep you posted on the equipment itself. Overall I would recommend. I LOVED that they waived their trip charge for me. I wouldn’t have done it at all had the trip charge not been waived to be honest.

Mr Glenn was great! I was here a long time and worked very hard to try to make certain our furnace was at optimal condition. He took the time to explain everything to me very well and answered all of my questions clearly. He did a great job and I would happily have him back to do work again!

The entire process of having a new sump pump installed was so painless. The appointment was set quickly, I was called with the approximate arrival time of the certified plumber and texted a photo so that I would know who to expect. The estimate was given on Monday and they were able to install it on Wednesday. The plumbers were courteous and respectful of my home, wearing shoe guards to keep my floors clean and dry. They were knowledgeable, and efficient. When they were finished, I received a "tour" of the work and an explanation of what was done. I also joined the Golden Rule club which will give me yearly check ups of my heating/ac and plumbing as well as no trip fees. I would recommend Golden Rule Plumbing Heating and Cooling and will be using them again. Thank you to Joe and Zach for a great job.

Great job, Michael Wegner and Golden Rule Team! Mike was super professional and offered tremendous, expert advice regarding my sump situation before any work was done! That's how Golden Rule rolls. They give the customer the information to make good decisions and do what the customer wants. Michael put in a new sump system and it looks amazing and works perfectly! Definitely worth having their expertise to handle any plumbing project you have + it'll be a time saver for you!
