The company was able to schedule a same day appointment for a serious leak behind my washing machine. The technician arrived a bit early which was appreciated. (I was notified that he would be early). My house is an older home and Austin had to replace the entire faucet and much of the surrounding pipes. He explained everything that was required and was professional, knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions. After the job was completed, he reconnected my dryer (I had accidentally disconnected the vent tube) and moved both the washer and dryer back into place. The customer service and technical performance were above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

Scheduling was a bit rough, but once an appointment was set up, the tech (Austin), was punctual, polite, and professional! He was very kind to walk us through each process. He was great with our dogs, and had our sons best interests in mind when it came to working during the little one's nap time, as well as the water pressure and temperatures in his bath tub. This is the third time we needed this company's service and will definitely being looking to them in our future. I highly recommend Austin if you are able to pick your plumber.

John was a great technician on a bathroom issue. Thank you. Update 8/5/19: Called to get a quote and they no longer provide free quotes. The receptionist put me on hold literally 15 times in a 15 minute phone call all to tell me they don't provide a quote. The experience went from EXCEPTIONAL to TERRIBLE.

So impressed with this company! Our air quit working during the heatwave this weekend and with a baby at home, we needed a quick repair. Their employees were extremely kind and friendly on the phone, communication was excellent, and they even sent an email with a photo of your tech so you know who to expect. They fixed our problem and gave us quotes for replacing our system in the future, but absolutely no sales pressure. We found them to be very honest about the issue and the outlook for our AC unit. We did have a small billing issue, but again, customer service was extremely friendly and resolved the error quickly. As new homeowners, this was the first time we needed AC services and will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Absolutely recommend Master Plumbing!

Bob was our inspector for our heating and cooling system check-up. He was courteous and professional! He even answered a question and he was able to offer us guidance!
