Savannah Water Heaters

My hot water heater stopped heating on a Friday morning, Friday afternoon I made two calls for service, one to a nationally known company and the second to a locally owned business, Savannah Water Heater Company. The national chain could not come out to my home until late Monday afternoon, which was fine, it wasn’t an emergency, but when I called Mr. Boyd, he offered to come that evening! I declined, it was hot and my tank is in the attic, but he offered to come on Saturday morning! While scheduling my service he was upfront with pricing and gave me an estimate of repair costs, from a simple repair to a new tank, something the other company could not do. Knowing a ballpark figure of costs as a home owner is helpful when budgeting repairs. Saturday morning came and he arrived with his team, two young men learning a trade, also very refreshing to see a business owner teaching a skill and a trade, bonus! Mr. Boyd was able to complete the repair, while explaining the whole process in less that an hour, even after a delay with our home’s fuse box being labeled incorrectly, a fault of the builders. Our price came in under the estimated cost and we had hot water! I would recommend Mr.Boyd and his team to anyone in need of plumbing repair. Thank you guys again, God bless.
