I am going to install laminent flooring in one room of my house and have never done it before. I spoke with Scott in the floor department. He walked me through the entire process step by step. Recommending tools and giving me the benefits to each when there were multiple options for what to use. He answered all my questions. He even went so far as to print out the prices of all the material I needed. Having no experience I feel very confident after the instructions I got from Scott
