I had an AC issue late last night and called Reliable first thing in the morning. Lonnie was at the house within the hour and quickly identified the problem and got us back on track. It was a huge relief to have such prompt and efficient service, especially for something as critical as AC on an Atlanta summer day. I’ve been very impressed with Reliable and will continue to work with in the future. Thanks, Lonnie - you’re awesome!

Fritz was an outstanding technician.. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He also answered my 3 million questions with patience and a smile. He arrived on time and got the work done in a timely manner even with me asking ask those questions.

I was a little concerned when the new HVAC system I bought from Reliable stopped cooling and needed servicing only 11 months after it was installed, but was very satisfied with the service I received from Lonnie B. - the technician Reliable sent to my property to diagnose and address the issue. Resolving the issue took Lonnie coming back to the property after he had left (around 7pm) which he did, as opposed to pushing the eventual resolution to the next day. The issue was all covered under warranty without any resistance from Reliable, which is what you want with a system so recently installed.

Phenomenal experience. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. I had both AC units go over the weekend. (Happy Monday to me.) I called Reliable Tuesday morning and they sent someone out to fix it the day I called. It doesn't get any better than that. The serviceman Lonnie was great. He called me to let me know he was on his way, walked me through exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it, and had a great sense of humor. Awesome experience. Lonnie's a true professional and a funny dude. Just for reference (because this was important to me). Every other company that I called said the earliest they could get someone out there was the following day. Reliable, however, was the only one who provided the fast service and quality expertise that I needed. If you ever find yourself not being able to wait until tomorrow to get a good nights sleep, look no further than Reliable and my man Lonnie.

My A/C suddenly stopped working and we were able to get a next day appointment. Lonnie arrived early and started working immediately. He fixed the A/c and educated us on properly maintaining our system. Great service and we will definitely use Reliable again. Thank you Lonnie.
