I had hot water leaking outside my home and Choice would not cover the repairs. Plumbing Plus advised the repair was reasonable, advised which parts we needed to replace and labor cost was very reasonable. In completing the job, he also identified another part that needs to replace within the near future and offered to come back out to fix on our behalf. Very reasonable, reliable, timely, and ensure the explain issue thoroughly to customers. I was very pleased and have provided recommendations to my neighbors.

I recently called Plumbing Plus to have a busted water heater replaced. Licensed plumber Arthur arrived within the stated time. He assessed the problem and made suggestion on how to make it more convenient to turn off the water to the tank. He also checked the pressure of the water coming into the house. Another water heater tank was installed the same day. I was very pleased with efficiency of the install. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Since when do you charge someone 260.00 to replace 2 fill valves and 2 floppers and what did u do with the brand new flopper I put on one of the toilets less than a month ago if I would've known my dad needed this I would've done it and yes I could do it. Seniors get taken advantage of all the time very sad. Back when my dad thought mire clear this would've never happened I know you have to make a living but come on.I just happened to see the invoice on his table merry Christmas to y'all
