I had a blockage in my main sewer line and Don/Larry came out to fix it and it took them a couple of hours. Due to my being a single mom I asked if I could pay half the bill now and the rest I’m two weeks to which the owner agreed. The owner called me an hour later and told me not to worry about the other half that what I paid was good enough. Very nice man and they did a great job.

These folks are fantastic. They're honest, they do good work, they go above and beyond.

This company practice very shady business. They performed half of a job and didn’t even have all the tools needed to complete the rest. He advised to come back out tomorrow (which would have been an additional charge). I called the office and spoke to the manager to send me over (via email) the estimate of the job performance cost or an invoice. He stated, “they don’t send out anything.” A total mistake to allow him to begin work without a written contract signed.

I had asked for an adjustment to the service fee that they charged me due to the reimbursement of $75.00 that my home warranty plan was supposed to give me. The warranty plan denied my claim & won't reimburse me for the $135.00 service fee I was charged. Mr. Worley's technician was only here about 15 minutes & told me what was obvious - I needed a new hot water heater! I only called Worley Plumbing because I had to. I've gotten screwed by Worley Plumbing & Choice Home Warranty plan. I will NOT use either of them again. I only wish my husband had read the reviews first before we called Worley Plumbing.
