Omar and his team were phenomenal. I had an appointment two days after my initial call. I was charged a flat fee with no stipulation. I called 6 other places and it felt like they were trying to get the most out of me even though all I needed was a a routine cleaning. They consulted me on things I should be on the look out for and how to take care of my tank. They also provided me with a quote to install risers (house built in 85 and have the old school septic tank). Overall, they did a great job. I definitely recommend them and will be using them down the line.

Horrible communication. I set up an appointment to get an estimate for replacing for my septic drain field and no one showed up ! After repeated attempts to contact the company no one responded to my messages. The hillarious part is I live less than one mile from the company/owners home. Use “Banks Septic” ! ????

They showed up, worked hard and fixed a difficult problem for significantly less than another local septic company's quote.
