I'm just now gettng around to adding a review, but I've used IMI for several plumbing and electrical problems, including installing a new bathroom upstairs three years ago. They've always done great work, been reasonably priced, very friendly, good at communicating and are always willing to do follow-up on any questions regarding their projects. It's a family-owned business, and they take their work personally, while they complete their tasks professionally. I'd use them again...over and over.

The electrician that came out to help with our weird power issue was amazing. They got us in earlier than expected. He was so nice, solved the issues. He even let my 2 year old "help", and threw the frisbee for the dog. Very happy with service, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services

They didn't show up when promised and they haven't called to fix the broken pipe under my house.
