A-1 Pumping Services

The phone is never answered. And when someone finally does they don't show up to the scheduled appointment. I called and was told the truck was broke down and could I put it off til the next day. I was annoyed, but agreed. They never showed up again! And never called me to let me know anything!!! I called another service and things were handled within 24 hours. More so, the man I spoke with sounded like he kept falling asleep while talking to me and was slurring his words heavily. Then when he finally would answer, it was like he was speaking jibberish. I wouldn't hire these people if I were you.

Small business is the life blood of our country, as a small business owner we can not survive working with companies that don't pay their invoices. A-1 PUMPING SERVICES hired our company to provide employees for local contracted work, but they not pay their invoices. These invoices total thousands of dollars and have been outstanding for almost 2 years. PLEASE don't use A-1 PUMPING SERVICES for any of your needs.

I had decreased water flow in my kitchen sink and an issue with a bathroom sink. I called at 8:30 am, and my call was answered by a live person. Mickey was out in a little over an hour! He was very pleasant and explained what actions he took to resolve the issues. Excellent response time, good communication, and a fair price.

So I called A1 and they came out the same day. They cleaned my tank and made sure everything was good. I liked the two fellows who came out. I would recommend to anyone. Please if you have a problem call A1 first. Thanks guys
