Quick response. Had a leaking water line. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Very professional
Do not use this company. They came out to my home and overcharged me for 15 minutes worth of work. The office manager,Steve and the plumber that came out all were unprofessional and disrespectful. Spend your money somewhere else.
Our property management company has been using Plumbing Service Company for almost a year now. I highly recommend them for your plumbing service needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service!!!
They rip you off. Called because we had NO water coming into our mobile home. Tech came out & stood there talking for an hour basically saying that he had no clue what was wrong. Said he had a supervisor that had a heart attack and a supervisor on vacation. Said all he suggested us to do was re-pipe the whole house. Sent a younger guy under the house. Nothing was done. I received a bill for $132 (mind you we were quoted $85 for the service call). I called to complain. Office lady said she would let me pay the $42.50 trip charge & credit the rest back and apologized & told me the technician didn't even work there anymore. She did say I needed to call back & talk with the district manager (who was the only supervisor). So, I did. Well he was RUDE and basically told me he would ONLY credit back the $42.50 and that I was liable for the $85 (after I was told I would be credited that). He said since he talked with my husband and he told them that he (my husband) had fixed the problem, he sent the bill. I said well, my husband didn't know how much the bill was going to be at that point. WE WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
I bought a new dishwasher and asked Plumbing Service Company to install it. When the service guy installed it, he did not replace the old tubing. After about 9 times of using the new dishwasher, I noticed mold on the baseboard and buckling wood floors surrounding the area. I called them back out, and when new technician pulled the dishwasher to see what was causing the water leaking, he stated, "[Other technician name] should have replaced that old tubing." The new guy put in the correct tubing to handle a more powerful dishwasher. I called the company and told the manager what had happened and was asked to send pictures and a repair estimate of the water damaged area. I followed up multiple times by phone, only to be told they "hadn't had a chance to look into it yet." FINALLY, I was told it was not their policy to replace tubing on a new installation, AND they sent me another bill for installing the new tubing! BEWARE of doing business with this company!
