Classic City Home Inspection was able to complete our home inspection within days of our inquiry which was able to meet our quick time frame. Mr David Shepard was our inspector and he proved to be thorough, accurate, informative, courteous, and helpful in assisting us to ensure the home we were purchasing was solid, safe, and secure. He definitely helped alleviate any worries or concerns we had about the home. We would certainly use Classic City again in the future and would recommend Mr. Shepard to anyone.

Had the perfect ranch house I was looking at, contacted Classic City Home Inspection to check it out. David was extremely accommodating, made an appointment within the week when another inspector had fallen through. He arrived punctually and was very thorough. Was willing to get under the crawl space despite it being approx. 18" at some points. Checked out the electrical, the roof, etc., as would be expected. At the end, David counseled me that the house I was looking at had a huge (and I mean HUGE) problem with its foundation that could set us back tens of thousands in dollars and months in time. Glad I went with Classic City! Dodged a bullet and found myself a house that's got a much more manageable honey-do list.
