I called a few plumbers in the area they were either too busy or just didn’t answer the phone. One said he was coming and never showed up. I called Dave with Cyber late Saturday evening on Memorial Day Weekend. He said he would be out first thing the next morning and he did as he promised. 20 minutes later everything was as good as new. If you ever need a knowledgeable & professional plumber at a very reasonable price call David @ Cyber Plumbing.

I decided to go with Dave at Cyber Plumbing because I though supporting a small business owner would be better. I did check with other plumbers for my same job and decided to choose this company. My job was a very major job and unfortunately, I feel because my job was essentially an insurance loss, I was preyed on for my insurance money. I gave Dave quite a bit of money for my job, and even paid money for a temporary fix that lasted less than 30 minutes. I have had other companies attempt to troubleshoot my plumbing problems and if what they did, did not work, I was not charged hundreds of dollars for a solution that did not work. Just maybe a service call and was informed was else the problem may be. Once Dave found out that my job would supposedly be covered with insurance money, he recommended me to a wall and floor company and stated that my job should not have to come out of pocket for me, as his referred company specializes in insurance cases and getting the insurance company to cover all costs. Unfortunately, his referral wanted to charge me twice the amount. Dave gave me an attitude when I informed him that I would have to seek a company that is within my budget. He accused me of "using his partners" to get the insurance money so that I can spend the insurance money how I wanted to. I mean, its my insurance money that I pay for, so I can indeed pay whoever I want. His partner's quotes were no where near market price and I received at least 4 quotes that were 1/4 to 1/2 to what they quoted, so of course, I had no choice but to hire someone who was charging a reasonable price. Dave also refused to put my toilets and sinks back and repeatedly told me that I owed him $500 extra dollars to finish the plumbing job after I had already paid him $1,000s of dollars with no hesitations or problems. I found a much more reasonable company to put my fixtures back for less than half of that and the only reason is cost as much as it did is because he took parts of my sink and toilet, so one of my toilets had to be rebuilt with new parts I had to buy. Dave continually threw in my face that he was helping me and gave me a discount. No, him and his partners had a plan to get as much insurance money out of me as possibly. Far beyond the value of their services. Call another company that won't gauge you to diagnose your problem, do patch jobs and make you pay, or try to take advantage of you.

I just wanted to say that our experience with Cyber plumbing was great! They were recommended by a friend and I could not be happier about the service I received. I called late on a Friday night, frantic that this plumbing problem was going to cost a crazy amount of money. They asked me the pertinent questions and were so sweet, basically saying that this was probably not going to be that bad and that it may be less expensive for him to do the work than to have the insurance company do a claim. He definitely calmed my anxiety. They arrived on time, scheduled, 930 am on a Sat. It looked like our two upstairs bathrooms had leaked down to our kitchen on the 1st floor and that it was going to cost an arm and a leg. In our master bath we had a drain plug that was not properly seated and was lacking plumbers putty, so he fixed that. Then he caulked the overflow, which was was just screwed on but not secured with caulk. He then took to the kids bath and found that it needed a new drain and also needed to be caulked around the tub spout and overflow, to keep water from getting through the holes. He was great to work with, super patient. Cyber plumbing is who I will be calling for all my plumbing needs.
